We're seeking a Senior Accountant with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to join a growing team with our client in the Fremont area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who can work independently, solve problems efficiently, and contribute to strategic financial planning.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate journal entries
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies independently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions

? Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
